Refund policy
Previews are free, so you can judge quality before paying. If something still goes wrong, we will help.
Principle
img2htm is designed so you can check the result with a free preview before paying. Credit purchases are therefore non-refundable in principle, but we refund or restore credits in the following cases.
Restored automatically
- Jobs that end in failed: charged credits are refunded immediately.
Reviewed on request
- Within 14 days of purchase with no credits used: full refund
- Duplicate payments
- Clearly corrupted output (blank page, missing images): credits for that job restored
Not refundable
- Subjective quality complaints that were visible in the free preview
- Unused credits at the end of a subscription period (per rollover policy)
- Accounts suspended for terms violations
How to request
Send a refund inquiry with your order number and job ID. We reply within 3 business days. Refunds reach the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
