These General Terms and Conditions apply to paid transactions with img2htm Inc. — credit purchases, subscriptions and enterprise agreements — and supplement the Terms of Service.

1. Orders and contract formation

An order is created when you choose a plan on the pricing page. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed, at which point credits are added to your account.

2. Prices and currency

Prices are shown in USD or KRW and exclude VAT. Exchange differences and payment method fees are borne by the customer.

3. Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions renew automatically and credits are granted on each billing date. You may cancel at any time before the renewal date and keep access until the end of the current period. Rollover of unused credits follows the plan description.

4. Pay-as-you-go credits

Credits bought one-off do not expire and are consumed after subscription credits are used up.

5. Payment methods

We accept card payments, bank transfer and other methods shown on the pricing page. For bank transfers credits are granted after the payment is confirmed, within one business day.

6. Receipts and invoices

Receipts are available in your dashboard under Orders. Register your business details if you need a tax invoice.

7. Enterprise agreements

Enterprise agreements are governed by a separate written contract (order form, SLA, data processing agreement). Where the written contract conflicts with these terms, the written contract prevails.

9. Consumer protection

Mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence take precedence over these terms.
