A compiler turns source code into executable software. img2htm turns flattened pixels into executable web content. Millions of product pages, catalogs and documents are still trapped inside flat images: fine for a human eye, impossible to edit, localize, search or reuse.
What remove.bg did for background removal
remove.bg turned a manual Photoshop task into a single API call. We do the same for visual content. Upload a flattened page and we separate text, images, layout and semantic structure and reconstruct production-ready HTML. We do not claim to recover the original source code; we build a visually faithful, semantically structured equivalent from the visible information.
What we believe
- Results before explanations: you should be able to judge quality seconds after upload.
- Charge when value is seen: previews are free, full conversions use credits.
- Humans are the exception layer: review only failures, and feed corrections back into automation.
